By downloading, installing, or using Paper Bag, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Paper Bag is a mobile application that lets you create and share a grocery list in real time with your partner, roommate, or household. We provide the platform for adding, organizing, and checking off items together.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in Paper Bag (grocery lists, items, household data). We do not claim ownership of your content. We store it solely to provide the service to you and your household members.

By using Paper Bag, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated list data to train AI models for the purpose of improving recommendations, suggestions, and other features within the service. This data is stripped of personally identifiable information before use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Paper Bag to harass, abuse, or harm other users. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Availability

We strive to keep Paper Bag available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Paper Bag is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Paper Bag after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
